Administration Office Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Administration at the Grace Manor is comprised of Accounting, Scheduling and Reception. It is not recommended that residents keep large amounts of cash in their rooms therefore resident trust accounts are available for withdrawing small amounts of cash and charging items and services. Small cash withdrawals from Trust Accounts may be made at Reception seven (7) days a week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

The Ottawa Grace Manor offers two types of accommodation: Private and basic. If your income is not sufficient to pay for the basic accommodation rate, there is a subsidy available to reduce your accommodation rate. Subsidies are only available for basic accommodation.
